Our customers may, without giving any reason, return purchased goods within a period of 14 calendar days. This period starts upon receipt of the goods. Timely dispatch of withdrawal notification or the goods is sufficient.

In the case of withdrawal:

We will refund the full purchase price as soon as the customer has returned the goods in their original packaging, marked with the customer's name and address, and as soon as such goods have been received.

Only if the full purchase value is above 40 EUR, Kunstverlag Christoph Falk will cover your expenses. This does not apply if faulty goods are delivered or if goods are supplied which are not in accordance with their description. In such cases, we will always bear the cost of returns (in the limit of a normal postal parcel shipment).

If goods are damaged or worn by the customer prior to delivery back to us, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable cost for any depreciation in value of such goods. This sum will be set off against sum due to be returned to the customer.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply for contracts covering goods which have been specifically made to the customer's specifications or such goods as are unsuitable for return due to their condition.
